In an effort to better serve my clients, 
please take note of these policies.


CANCELLATIONS AND NO SHOWS
24-HOUR advance notification is required.
I understand that sometimes scheduling adjustments are necessary and circumstances are unavoidable. Since services are personally reserved for you- If you find yourself unable to keep your appointment, I respectfully request a minimum of a 24-HOUR notice of any appointment changes. Failure to provide the 24-HOUR notice for a cancellation or a no show will result in a full service charge of missed appointments.

LATE POLICY
In an event that you are running late to your appointment, I ask that you text or call to let me know ASAP. If you are over 10 minutes late for a scheduled appointment, you may be asked to reschedule. If your late arrival results in a reduction of services scheduled, you may be charged the full amount of the services originally booked. In the event you must reschedule, you may be charged 50% of your booked service to cover time.

BOOKING APPOINTMENTS
The best way to fit your availability is to pre-book your appointments. I book up to a year in advance. Commonly, clients book two-three appointments out. To assure your desired time please pre-book. I accept text and calls; I will return messages as soon as possible.
